Elegant Minds 6 step process:

1) Discover: We will request a quick briefing document to be completed and sent back so someone from our Web Solutions team can spend some time over the phone or in person to get a better sense of your business, goals and understand what you require from your project.

2) Plan: We create a document which outlines exactly what we are going to do and how much it will cost. This is usually done within a 48 hour timeframe after the Discovery phase. If everything in the proposal is to your satisfaction and a deposit towards the project is made, work is commenced straight away.

3) Invent:  We will work with you to gather the necessary content (images, logo, text, videos etc) that you want to be part of your new project and create several design concepts so you can choose the one which you are most satisfied with.

4) Build: After you are satisfied with the concepts we have provided, we can start building. We will set specific milestones that you are always in the loop on the progress of the work at hand.

5) Deploy: We follow up our development and design with testing, quality assurance and modify the site based on your feedback.

6) Manage & Grow: Once the application / website is launched, we provide on-going support and maintenance for all our projects. You may also wish to take up our Web Marketing services to enhance the visibility of your website.
